Your voice is the literal bridge between your inner & outer worlds. Think about it - the thoughts, images, ideas - all of your inner life has one main outlet of expression. If this pathway is blocked, you can imagine the buildup of energy and frustration that can result, and life, work, relationships..they just won't flow in the way you perhaps sense they can.
I’ve spent the last 30+ years coaching, studying, teaching, leading ceremony, and song circles. I create and hold sacred, transformational containers and my happy place is creating and maintaining sacred, transformational spaces for your deep healing and growth.
