I work with women who are ready to use the power already in their voice to finally shift the patterns keeping them from showing up fully in their lives, in the way they sense is possible for them.
I've been doing this work, in various formations, for over 30 years.
And my voice has both held me back, and propelled me beyond what I believed possible.
So I get it.
I've worked in environmental education, holistic nutrition, herbal medicine, intentional community, and international sustainability. I've led sacred ceremonies, sweat lodges, pilgrimages, and retreats on multiple continents. I've been a published writer, a business coach, an intuitive guide, a university programme director.
I've also spent six months in a neonatal intensive care unit with my son.
And years in the deep, unglamorous work of healing the trauma that followed.
All of it...every thread...led me here.
Because what I discovered through all of it is this:
It carries everything you are - every survival pattern, every held-back truth, every place where you learned to make yourself smaller to stay safe.
And when you work with it directly, as a vibrational tool rather than just a means of communication,
things that have been stuck for years begin to move.
It's the only instrument you were born with and it's literally vibration moving through the body and out into the world.
Most of us are using around 10% of our voice's actual power.
Decode - identify the survival patterns and running habits that aren't working.
Rewire - shift them using Voice Energetics.
Integrate - stabilize the new patterns until they become your default.
Resonate - expand into different scenarios, using your new wiring.
For me, singing - especially in harmony, and outdoors - is like oxygen for the soul. It drops you out of your head and into your body. It connects you to other people in a way that bypasses all the usual defences. It heals things that words alone can't reach.
I've been leading singing circles for years, and I never get tired of watching what happens when a room full of people - many of whom arrived convinced they "can't sing" - find their voices together.

I'm American-born and was nomadic for much of my earlier life, but I'm rooted now in the north of Scotland, a few miles from Findhorn Ecovillage, where I met my husband, got married, and have been raising our two children. The North Sea is at the end of my road. Koda the cocker spaniel is usually at my feet. I travel for work, play, sunshine & family.
