In the last 30+ years my life apprenticeship has prepared me uniquely and included:
Environmental and experiential education, holistic nutrition, herbal and alternative medicine and healing, years of travel, pilgrimage, intentional community life, leading a university program in international sustainability, training in various healing modalities, working in the service industry, outdoor living, published writer, business support and coaching, intuitive guide and channel, certified Deep Transformational Coach, holding workshops, sacred ceremonies, retreats, sweat lodges, songwriter and Songleader, and motherhood, including 6 months spent in neonatal intensive care with my son, and years of trauma work and healing that came after.

If I act from my head, life feels stressful, clunky, it lacks meaning and sense. When I connect first, all is Flow.
Especially singing in harmony, and in nature. There are others, too. But here we focus on singing because it’s simplest, the most connective, and it’s a right we’re all born with. I love to reconnect people with this birthright - this magic, and to bring us all together in it. Nothing opens hearts and minds quicker. And at the same time, it connects, it uplifts, it heals, and for so many there’s a spiritual opening as well.
American-born, I'm based with my husband & 2 children (and Cocker Spaniel Koda), in the stunning north of Scotland, where the dunes and hills meet the North Sea. We live down the road from Ecovillage Findhorn, the intentional/spiritual community, where my husband and I met, married, and had both our children. I travel for work, play, sunshine & family.
