5. Your Obligations as a User
5.1. Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration or purchase. 5.2. 7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to all courses, masterminds, digital products, and services purchased directly from staciewhitney.com.
7.1. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (Online Services): For online digital services (such as "Soar Through Song: Business Ascension Mastermind Intro," "Harmonic Voice Business Ascension Immersion," and other online courses/workshops) purchased remotely, you generally have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase during which you can cancel your enrollment and request a full refund. Waiver of Cooling-Off Right: By accessing any paid course materials (e.g., logging into your Podia dashboard to view lessons, downloading content) or attending any live sessions (e.g., Zoom calls) of the purchased Service within this 14-day period, you explicitly agree that the service has begun. You acknowledge that, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, your right to a full refund within 14 days will be lost from that point. Any refund requested after content access or live session attendance will be proportionally calculated based on the content consumed and live sessions attended, reflecting the value of the service you have already received. * If no content is accessed/sessions attended within 14 days, a full refund will be provided upon request.
7.2. Beyond the 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (After Service Commencement): Once the service has commenced (i.e., you have accessed content or attended sessions), our general policy is that all sales are final, due to the immediate access to proprietary content, the intimate nature of group programs, and the resources allocated for your participation. Refunds will generally not be issued after the 14-day cooling-off period, or after the service has commenced (as defined above), except in cases where: The service was significantly not as described on the sales page. The service was not delivered with reasonable care and skill. * As otherwise required by UK consumer law.
7.3. Specific Program Guarantees (if applicable): * Any specific "satisfaction" or "results" guarantees for individual programs (e.g., a "Week 1 Satisfaction Guarantee" as may be offered for "Soar Through Song") are outlined on the specific sales page for that product. Such guarantees are supplementary to this general policy and are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, including requirements for participant engagement.
7.4. How to Request a Refund: All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to hello@staciewhitney.com. Your email should include your full name, the name of the product/service purchased, the date of purchase, and a clear explanation for your refund request. * We will process your request within 7-10 business days of receipt. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
